Firminy Capital Sarl is registered with the object of managing Firminy Equity Fund, a private Securitization Fund, or any other Luxembourg Securitization Fund should it be required by its shareholders.

Our management, contractors and professional associates each specialize in one or more particular fields related to Securitization, Banking and Structured Finance to ensure optimum service delivery to our Institutional and Sophisticated client base.

 

Our dedicated team engaged one of the Top 500 financial and securitization specialists law firms to assist us in pushing our previous boundaries further by scrutinizing as well as advising on current and pending transactions. This endeavour has been a huge success and benefits all our participants. We have consequently decided to exercise the same successful formula continuously.

 

To assure investor comfort during past and current market conditions Firminy Capital Sarl contracted several banks to take the lead on our Debt Issues and to act in as custodian for and on behalf of Firminy Capital Sarl, Firminy Equity Fund and its Sub- Compartments.

 

With the appointment, by law, of household name Chartered Accountants Firminy Equity Fund’s financials are updated under supervision of Firminy Capital Sarl and a member of the European Securitization Forum on a timely manner.

 

Our strategy is to adopt current Private Placements to suit changing market conditions and to take the lead with many of the successful financial institutions, especially those that performed well during the market turmoil in order to ensure a satisfied client base throughout their participation.
